I sent an MMS photo entry. How come I can’t see it in the microsite gallery?
By submitting an entry, the subscriber agrees that Smart can publish the picture on the contest microsite gallery. Submitted photos can be viewed publicly at the contest’s microsite (www.smart.com.ph/UPiktyuran) until the end of the UP Centennial celebrations on December 31, 2008.
Submitted MMS photos will be open for public viewing on the website 24 to 48 hours after submission to the access number.
Smart may opt to remove/disqualify images that will be deemed incomplete or considered, in Smart’s absolute discretion, to be hateful, discriminatory, exploitative, obscene, offensive or suggestive of illegal activity or is otherwise objectionable. Smart retains sole discretion as to what constitutes unsuitable content.
